Had to block nearly 10 different porn blogs/bots that were following me. Any others that follow from here on out will meet the same fate.
I keep hearing about NON-NSFW blogs getting videos or content flagged for “explicit content”, and yet there’s a bunch of bots like these getting away scot-free??
Tumblr get your goddamn act together. T_T
THIS.
It’s so frustrating when you’re a newly starting out (well, starting anew anyway) blogger and get new follows from automated bots who don’t comment and never view. It makes the number/achievement meaningless and can get discouraging after a while
Just lopped off a bunch of Tumblrs I was following that haven’t been updated in over a year.
Work’s been crazy busy, last two nights I’ve been asked/voluntold to stay late, which have amounted in a couple of 10 hours days. Hey, it’s cool. Hours are good, especially with the holidays coming up and bills to pay.
Asked my Mom today for Prismacolor colored pencils for Christmas. Going to try and use that as my art medium rather than SAI. I just don’t have the deft hand that other artists that I know do, and you know what? That’s okay. People are born with different sets of inherent skills. Digital art is apparently one that I’m just not as good at.
Today at work I have one potential stumbling block: the Vikings are playing at US Bank Stadium at 7:25, and my last pickup of the day is two blocks away from the stadium proper. Hope to be able to find parking nearby or just have a very light day and get there befoe it gets insane.
Every artist grow by displaying their work and getting critique. But when their work is spread around without any credit to the artist, AND EVEN MAKES THE OWN ARTIST DELETE IT FROM HIS/HER SITE it lost the purpose and meaning.
^ THIS. Forever this.
I felt bad the other day when I posted a picture and forgot where I had found it.
