I have a entire world and 20 NPCs that are hombrewed is that bad they haven’t thrown the game out of balance and everyone says they are having fun whenever I ask?

I said there CAN be things thrown out of balance. As long as you’re careful things won’t.

But even then, here’s a quote by the DM of the most popular D&D series:

“As a DM, you’re going to make mistakes. You’re going to forget a rule. You’re going to be caught off guard. You’re going to give an overpowered item. You’re going to misjudge the strength of a monster. You’ll slip up with your narration. But did your players have fun? Then you succeeded.”

BEST D&D ADVICE EVER.

I have held myself to near impossible standards when DMing.  Tiniest error will send me into a tailspin.  Now I feel better having read this.
