Actually, Kkat did have some character sheets that she used for personal reference while writing the story that kept track of stats and perks of the main characters.
The one most easily found is that of Littlepip herself: I’m doing a new FO3 run based upon the stats and perks we could derive. There’s a problem, though–Fallout: Equestria dabbles in three of the four games in the franchise, as well as introduces Perks and other items you can’t get in a playthrough of Fallout 3.
